This
site will give you many ideas about how coaching might work
for you.
Coaching
opens new possibilities for action, fulfillment and personal
power. I am trained in Co-Active coaching, co-creating, Appreciative
Inquiry, goal setting, business planning, group facilitation,
consensus building, participatory decision-making, team building,
mediation and dispute resolution, integrity alignment, visioning,
developing support systems, new coach mentoring, Universal
Law of Attraction (Abraham-Hicks), organizational diagnosis,
change management, productivity enhancement, communication
skills, life balance, wellness and stress management. All of these processes allow me to offer
you an interactive, project-oriented, process-sensitive and
productive coaching experience.
This site
gives you up-to-date information about how to participate
in my personal and business coaching workshops and teleclasses
and how to establish a one-to-one coaching relationship with
me.
You can
also connect to information about The SafetyNet Project
(www.safetynetproject.org),
a nonprofit resource I founded. SNP is dedicated to helping
seriously ill people set up a personalized support team of
their family, friends and acquaintances so they don't go through
their illness alone. Such a team also helps prevent primary
caregiver burnout.
I have
also listed my classes in The Nia Technique (www.nia-nia.com
and www.niamoves.org)
and workshops combining Nia and coaching. Nia is a fun, energizing
and rich combination of dance (modern, jazz, Duncan), martial
arts (tai chi, tae kwan do, aikido), and healing arts (Alexander
Technique, Feldenkrais and Yoga) set to a variety of musical
styles. This body-mind-spirit practice often releases ideas,
emotions and thoughts that are ripe for further examination
and development through the coaching process. It is my deep
pleasure to combine my Nia and coaching practices.
